untitled project - a twine
a twine about twine
Hey! Thank you for playing my game! This was made for a college course I'm taking. When this assignment was introduced in class I had no clue what I wanted to make my game about. So I ended up using the opportunity of making this game to try and process how I’ve been feeling lately.
Originally, I imagined my game being more complex and offering more paths/choices to the player. However, unsurprisingly the person making a game about burnout was feeling quite burnt out. So I didn’t get to expand as much as I really wanted to. This was really frustrating, but the irony was not lost on me.
Although I was stressed by this project, I really enjoyed working with Twine and I would like to make another game in the future that is more detailed. (Hopefully over winter or summer break!)
Thank you to my friend Sam for helping me with some of the variables. Thank you to my friend Laney for letting me quote her in the messaging section. Shout out to my therapist Kelly for letting me mention her and giving me advice!
